Our Services
Resiliency Curriculum Development and Training
The Army established Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2), a core program of the Army Resiliency Directorate’s (ARD) Ready and Resilient (R2) Campaign, in an effort to increase the resilience and enhance the performance of soldiers, their families, and Army civilians. CSF2 is made up of three main components: online self-development, training, and metrics & evaluation, resulting in resilient and holistically fit individuals who are better able to leverage the skills needed to think optimistically, face challenges, and bounce back from adversity. HigherEchelon supports CSF2 through curriculum development, trainer certification, performance enhancement training, and quality control.
