Multi-Source Assessment and Feedback 360 (MSAF360) Coaching (Prime)
HigherEchelon provides support to the U.S. Army's Multi-Source Assessment and Feedback (MSAF) Program Office within the Center of Army Leadership (CAL) at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. The MSAF Program is a suite of tools for leader development across the Army. HigherEchelon provides coaching and training to Army leaders on individual and organizational 360-degree assessments. We conduct coaching on individual assessments, group assessments, and conduct training on individual and organizational performance.
VBA Executive Leadership Coaching & Training Program (ELCP) (Prime)
HigherEchelon provides support to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Office of Employee Development and Training (EDT). We provide performance and leadership training and coaching in support of FBA's national Executive Leadership Coaching and Training Program. Our program provides group training and individualized coaching sessions to support the MyVA transformation initiative. We also provide training for Staff, Regional, and District Offices on leadership development, strategic planning, and workforce development.
SeaPort-e (Prime)
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) to facilitate the acquisition of support services in 22 functional areas, including engineering, financial management, and program management. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.
AMCOM EXPRESS
This contract for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program is a group of multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) leveraging commercial processes and innovative enhancements. Established within the “evergreen” aspects of the General Services Administration (GSA) schedules, HigherEchelon, Inc. incorporates dynamic teaming arrangements and the right mix of professional and highly technical advisory and assistance service to Team Redstone.

Human Dimension Support Services (HDSS)
Awarded under the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) vehicle, the Human Dimension Support Services contract covers training services for special operations soldiers, federal agencies, and civilian employees. Services are intended for the Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), Software Engineering Directorate (SED), but work under the contract is performed across the country.
